1. Service Description
TeethStory (the "App") is a mobile application for recording dental growth and oral care information and providing related reminders. By downloading, installing or using the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms of this agreement.
2. Payment and Subscription
Core features of the App are paid services. We offer an annual subscription and a lifetime purchase. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds are generally not provided. The annual subscription includes a 7-day free trial; after the trial, the paid subscription period starts automatically. "Lifetime" means for the lifecycle of the App software, not a natural person’s lifetime. If you purchase a lifetime plan while an annual subscription is already active, you must cancel the annual subscription yourself through the app store or relevant channel to avoid duplicate charges.
3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use
You must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not use the App for illegal, infringing or harmful activities. When using the sharing features, the illustrations, templates, layouts and other materials provided by the App remain owned by the App and, unless otherwise required by law, may not be used for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
4. Disclaimer
The recording, statistics and reminder features of the App are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. For any dental or oral health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
5. Changes and Termination
We may revise this agreement from time to time and publish the updated version in the App or on this page. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the revised terms take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the App and uninstall it.
